Two years after her life in prison for the murder of Fernando Pastorizzo in Entre Ríos, Nahir Galarza changed her strategy and hired a feminist lawyer to reverse the sentence.

It is not a change of lawyer since, according to Hermida Leyenda, he will join the defense led by Dr. José Ostolaza.
The lawyer also specified that she arrived at the case of the young murderer thanks to her colleague Miguel Angel Pierri - defender of Jorge Mangeri, the femicide of Angeles Rawson - and to Jorge Zonzini , the former media spokesman for Galarza that the young woman herself criticized harshly. In the appeal filed with the highest court, Ostolaza considered that there was "discrimination" in the investigation that led to Galarza's conviction. Among her most recent cases, Hermida Leyenda represented Giuliana Peralta, the young woman who in 2014 was raped by the then Independent player Alexis Zárate .
At the beginning of this month, the footballer was detained after the Buenos Aires Supreme Court dismissed the federal extraordinary appeal presented by his lawyers and, thus, ratified the sentence of six and a half years in prison.

In 2013, Hermida Leyenda had been in the news for denouncing the sketch "La nena" of the program "Poné a Francella" starring Guillermo Francella and Julieta Prandi.
Through her NGO Red de Contansión contra la Violencia de Género , the lawyer described this sketch as “ pedophile ” and considered that it “promotes sexual harassment and abuse of minors”.
