The radios reiterate an advertisement that seems apocalyptic: each province in its own style tells that there are mandatory quarantines in hotels for those arriving from other destinations, that the trucks will be "encapsulated" before traveling, and that travelers who they come to stay. They are the changes that are seen in the interior of the country, without distinction of place. There is a new way to travel the Argentine routes. It happens that coronavirus outbreaks began to be serious in places where they had not before and almost all governorates were forced to curtail freedom of movement. The covid-19 moves like the remembered monster of Terminator 2: it is taking the forms that the landscape and the sanitary decisions impose on it to reconvert and spread. The numbers given this morning by the Vice Minister of Health, Carla Vizotti, perfectly describe this scenario.

The concrete thing is that of the variables that arise in the next few hours, especially those that have to do with the case fatality rate and occupancy of intensive care beds (54.6% in the whole country, 63.3% in AMBA) , the answer to this question will appear: Is there any margin to go back in phase and lower the blinds of the shops again?
