In addition to the Ring Con that comes with the Ring Fit Adventure sold by Amazon, there is also a strap to tie around your thigh. You can run in place for miles, and burn even more calories. After the race, you must perform the positions or exercises indicated on the screen to advance to the next level. You can sort the exercises according to your needs and desires, but also create your own personalized exercise suite. Finally, after each exercise, you can monitor your heart rate by placing your thumb on the Joy Con's infrared sensor.
