President Alberto Fernández will sign this Monday a decree of necessity and urgency (DNU) by which "for the next 15 days all social gatherings throughout the country will be prohibited." This was confirmed Secretary of Health Access, Carla Vizzotti, in the framework of the coronavirus pandemic .
In the morning report, the vice minister assured that "the increase (of cases) seen in the provinces that have gone from ASPO (preventive and compulsory social isolation) to DISPO (preventive and compulsory social distancing) is important, and that is why that in the DNU, in these new regulations and for these 15 days, until August 16, social gatherings will be suspended throughout the national territory . "
The official added that it is "so that where there are outbreaks they can be controlled and so that where there is no outbreak we can minimize the possibility of having it."
E n tune with what the President said on Friday Pass or Vizzotti insisted: "The risk increases at social gatherings both places is authorized them and where it is not authorized and performed the same."
The Deputy Minister of Health also assured that " general measures are the easiest and at the same time the most difficult to comply with in a context of closeness, " referring to the fact that in social gatherings basic recommendations such as washing hands, wearing face masks are relaxed. , ventilate the rooms, wash the surfaces, cough or sneeze covering the crease of the elbow and keep two meters away.
