These are some of the novelties of the new draft decree of August, which sees the articles rise from 91 to 103, compared to the first versions of the text. The draft includes the agreement on the extension of the blockade of layoffs signed yesterday in the government but some rules are still to be completed, for others only the titles appear. The Council of Ministers for the launch of the text, hypothesized at 1 pm, is not yet convened.

The beneficiaries will receive a check for 400 euros: it would be the third installment after the two tranches provided by the relaunch decree of 400 euros each.
Suspended taxes are paid in 2 years - Taxes suspended in the months of the lockdown will no longer be paid by the end of the year but in two years, with 24 monthly installments. The new draft does not move the first appointment with the taxman scheduled for September 16. The installments, however, will be much lighter because from 4 they become 24. The payments of taxes, contributions and withholdings expected for March, April and May are diluted.
3 months of relief for seasonal tourism and spas - Ad hoc contribution relief for tourism is arriving. According to the draft, the exemption from the payment of contributions - but for a maximum of 3 months - also extends to "fixed-term hiring or with a seasonal employment contract in the sectors of tourism and spas". In case of transformation for an indefinite period, the decontribution foreseen for the other companies is applied, i.e. a total relief for 6 months (excluding the INAIL contributions) up to a maximum of € 8,060 per year, re-measured on a monthly basis.
