New infection boom 1,367, 13 dead

(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 26 - New boom of infections for Covid in Italy: there are 1,367 (compared to 878 yesterday) those recorded in the last 24 hours. It is the highest figure since early May.
   There are 13 dead, up from 4 yesterday. The tampons were 93,529, almost 20,000 more than yesterday, according to data from the Ministry of Health. After today's, the highest figure in recent months was recorded last Sunday, when the contagions in one day were 1,210.
    The increase in the number of people currently positive at Covid in Italy has doubled, which in total are now 20,753.
   The increase is 1,039 people compared to 519 yesterday. The data is recorded due to the strong push of the number of people in isolation: 1,039. Admissions fell by three units (in all 1,055) and those in intensive care increased by three (from 66 to 69). The healed today are 314 for a total of 206,329. The total number of victims is 35,458 (+13). This last figure also includes the 11 deaths in Veneto, including some recently ill people, but who died after having already negated themselves.
    Only one region, Valle d'Aosta, does not register new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. The region with the most positive returns to be Lombardy (269), followed by Lazio (162), Tuscany (161), Veneto (147), Campania (135) and Emilia-Romagna (120). (HANDLE).
