The Justice of La Plata tries to elucidate the existence of an organization that would be dedicated to commercializing lots in the seizure of a plot of almost 100 hectares in
Guernica
.
The first threads of that skein already appeared in the criminal investigation: the prosecutor involved in the process, Juan Cruz Condomí Alcorta, ordered
the arrest of a remisero
and a 22-year-old girl who sold plots through social networks from 30 thousand pesos.

third cordon of the Conurbano
.
And a few weeks ago in Glew - just 20 minutes from the property usurped two months ago - the prosecutor ordered the search and arrest of a remisero who
published and sold one of the occupation land for 50 thousand pesos.
The operation, which included a “purchase-sale ticket” that was also incorporated into the file, was carried out at the end of July, a week after the massive takeover of the property located in the Numancia / San Martín de Guernica neighborhood began.
The usurped lot in Guernica, where some 2,500 families live.
The Guernica case became the emblem of the captures that are recorded in the Buenos Aires territory.
The first contingents arrived on July 24.
There were no more than 200 people.
The authorities
managed to remove them but then they returned and now it is estimated that there are more than 2,500 families.
In the midst of the pandemic, according to data from the Ministry of Security, an average of six were completed per week in the impoverished region of Greater Buenos Aires.
The repetition of episodes also caused political short circuits.
Of the government with the opposition and within the ruling party of the Frente de Todos.

While dialectical disputes were also being replicated in the Buenos Aires Legislature, a case was running in the La Plata Courts that explored
the mechanism of the capture of Guernica.
But in addition, he advanced with the eviction.
Condomí Alcorta also files a claim from the company that owns the land in the Numancia / San Martín neighborhood.

And a week ago, a ruling by the La Plata Appeals Chamber validated the request for "search for the launch", as described in the Procedural Code.

In parallel to that process to vacate the property where 2,500 families have already settled, the prosecutor tries to detect the operation of a gang that would be dedicated to selling portions of land.
As it transpired, the mechanics would be the following: a group of people who know about the existence of public or unoccupied properties starts the maneuver.
In this case, they would have arrived with families in precarious conditions living in Quilmes, Florencio Varela, Almirante Brown and La Matanza.
Once installed, the "organizers" are responsible for subdividing the extension or granting those who were located.
As suspected by those who work with Condomí Alcorta, there is "a sector of this structure that defines the places that are delivered, to whom or to whom, where and then they are also those that enable the commercialization."
It is presumed that those who leave are "people who decide to leave" or could be "operators" who work for those who promote illegal operations.
At the moment they are just suspicions.
The accusation against the only two detainees in this case is for "cover-up" and "cover-up aggravated for profit."

social movements of political origin or are simply "scammers

This data is a complication for the local mayor, Blanca Cantero (FdT), who assures that "we know they are organized."

The mechanics of the online sale of fractions on occupied properties was also verified in the takeover of the former Los Hornos Gliders Club.
There they were offered at 50 thousand pesos on Facebook in early March when the usurpation was just beginning.
Now the 160-hectare complex is in a process of urbanization, in which the Province, the municipality of La Plata and the Nation had to intervene.
There are already 2,500 families that have "assigned" a portion of that property but nevertheless, one of the referents of the neighborhood.
