"The Consortium launched the legislation for the production of Prosecco Rosè last August 11. Thanks to the Simplification Decree, we did not have to wait five working days, but already the following day we were able to start the sparkling process.
After sixty days we will ask for certification. Analytical and sensory doc and a further eight days will pass ".
Thus Carlo Paladin, owner together with his brother Roberto di Bosco del Merlo, is among the first producers of the appellation, to announce the arrival on the market of Prosecco Rosè Millesimato 2019 around the end of October.
85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero, the Millesimato Rosè Bosco del Merlo, is fragrant and elegant, with the addition of must in fermentation and froth to enhance the freshness.
"With this new label - adds Paladin - we will support the Pink Ribbon campaign of LILT-Lega Italiana for the Fight against Tumors Treviso, as has already been the case for two years, with our Pinot Grigio Rosé".
Bosco del Merlo's attention to social issues is promoted by donating part of the proceeds from the sales of the two products to support important rehabilitation and prevention projects promoted by the association.
Prosecco Rosè is therefore a reality, first on the Italian market and after the necessary publication in the Official Journal of the European Union, also in the countries of the Community.
