Recall: bread drink could contain glass particles - the cause is a technical fault
Kanne Brottrunk announces that the
product was filled
at the Selm-Bork site with a
broken glass

The trigger was a
technical
malfunction
that has now been resolved.
As a result, however, there is now the risk that individual

For everyone who is still wondering what a bread drink is: Grain, natural sour days and spring water are used to make bread that is fermented for months, i.e.
converted
by
bacteria
and enzymes.
The drink then develops, writes Kanne Brottrunk on his page.
The result is a non-alcoholic, fermented drink that contains
vitamin B12
and live
lactic acid bacteria
.
The
inventor of the bread drink, Wilhelm Kanne, also comes
from the
family business
Kanne Brottrunk.
Most recently, products were recalled * for various reasons, such as the nationwide recall of Basmati rice *.
