The Israeli government cabinet today approved plans to build a new town on the border with Gaza. (HANDLE)


(ANSA) - TEL AVIV, 08 NOV - The Israeli government cabinet today approved plans for the construction of a new town on the border with Gaza.

"This - said Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu - is great news for Israel and for the communities in the area bordering the Strip".

Lacittadina - which according to the media for now has the temporary name of Hanun - will rise south of Sderot, not far from Kibbutz Saad.
