(ANSA) - BARI, NOVEMBER 12 - The governor of Puglia, MicheleEmiliano, asked to "be heard during free interrogation" in the hearing before the Puglia TAR set for November 18, in which the suspension of the order with which the Since the end of October, the Region has interrupted face-to-face lessons in all schools, except for children, due to Covid.
Accepting the request of the Codacons Lecce and some parents of primary school pupils, the TAR has already urgently suspended the ordinance of the Region, postponing the discussion to 18 November.
After the decision of the TAR which urgently suspended the ordinance, the Region issued another with which it carried out the provision of the administrative judges, leaving families the possibility to choose between inpresence and remote teaching.
The Ministry of Education is also constituted in the proceedings.
In the request for hearing from President Emiliano, sent to the TAR by the regional lawyer, it is explained that "the extreme delicacy of the issue is being asked for".
"Basically - it is explained in the application - the clarifications that the administrative judge can always ask the parties, even ex officio, can be assimilated to free questioning".
Another reason underlying the application is that of "allowing the representation of relevant elements and data but still being transposed into documents", to ensure "the completeness of the investigation before the adoption of the precautionary measure".
