Covid: 232 Nas inspections in RSA, irregularities in 37

In the last week, in agreement with the Ministry of Health, the Nas carabinieri carried out 232 inspections at health and social welfare facilities, such as Assisted Health Residences and long-term care, retirement homes, community accommodation, with the aim of ascertaining the regular implementation of measures to contain and prevent epidemic spread and identify any situations of insufficient provision of assistance services and lack of possession of professional qualifications by the operators, preparatory to incidents of omitted custody and mistreatment. Irregularities were found in 37 structures, contesting a total of 59 violations, of which 9 were criminal and 43 administrative; 11 people were referred to the judicial authorities and a further 42 reported.
