(ANSA) - ROME, NOVEMBER 17 - Catalonia plans to reopen bars and restaurants starting from next Monday to 30 for one hundred capacity both on the terrace and indoors until five in the afternoon, after more than a month of lockdown, thanks to a descending epidemic curve.

    The Catalan Minister of Health, Alba Vergés, announced on Monday that Catalonia is entering a phase of "progressive" reduction of the epidemic curve, with several phases lasting at least 15 days.
