The Cabinet of Experts, advising Corona Commissioner Prof. Nachman Ash, today (Friday) published a report of recommendations for the fight against the epidemic.

The forum expressed concern at the steady rise in corona morbidity and the deviation from the Ministry of Health’s plan for a gradual opening of the economy.

According to the report, the plan was approved by the Cabinet, but was interrupted by a series of facilitations that did not match it.

A key recommendation concerns the education system.

According to experts, the system should continue to operate in parallel with survey tests among students in yellow, orange and red cities.

Experts have not agreed on how to approach the upcoming Hanukkah holiday, but there is a consensus about the need to celebrate only nuclear families.

It was also recommended to move with the rise of morbidity to targeted outreach on the need to limit shared stay in enclosed spaces.

Another recommendation relates to a third closure.

The experts recommended that the media stop commenting on the issue, as this is evidence of the failure of national efforts.

"Talking about it lets go and gives a sense that there is no hope of bringing another reality under the responsible conduct of the government and the public," the report said.

Regarding the intention to impose a night curfew, the Cabinet believed that such a move would not be enforced specifically in places where the guidelines of the Ministry of Health are violated.
