(ANSA) - TOKYO, DEC 10 - The Tokyo Stock Exchange starts the session under the banner of caution, with investors looking at the developments underway in Washington for the approval of the US stimulus plan and the lack of an agreement on negotiations between Great Britain and EU on Brexit.
The Nikkei marks a decline of 0.42% to 26,706.64, with a loss of 111 points.
On the foreign exchange market, the yen depreciates against the dollar at 104.20 and the euro just below 126.
