This was announced by the Buenos Aires Chief of Staff, Carlos Bianco, who confirmed that these meetings will be authorized "with protocols, distancing and 30% of the capacity of the allowed space"
This decision by Governor Axel Kicillof's administration is
to help defuse clandestine encounters

During a press conference in La Plata, the official announced that they are working on a protocol in that sense that will be presented "this week."
"For days we have been working with mayors and the
Ministry of Security
to deactivate clandestine parties. To decompress this, we are going to present this week
a protocol for night training spaces,
" Bianco stressed.
Thus, he explained that the protocol will promote a series of care for young people who attend the meetings, which must be carried out in outdoor spaces, with a maximum capacity of 200 people and a 30% capacity of the allowed space.
In this sense, the Buenos Aires Cabinet chief proposed to adolescents that they
try to "avoid sharing glasses"
, that they wear "masks and noses as long as possible" and that they ensure "distance between people."
"This is a possibility for young people to enjoy outdoor activities and
avoid massive illegal parties of 2,000 people, without controls or care
. We are giving the situation a rational solution," he said.
Government sources specified that the control of compliance with protocols, opening and closing hours
will be the responsibility of each mayor
