(HANDLE) The European Parliament has definitively approved the new drinking water directive, the first European legislation adopted following a mobilization of citizens, the Right2Water campaign of 2013. The measure, which comes 22 years after the previous legislation, imposes a squeeze on old contaminants ( lead), monitoring and limits for new ones (Pfas, microplastics), encourages the consumption of tap
