Trump signs close on Chinese companies on Wall Street

(ANSA) - NEW YORK, DECEMBER 18 - Donald Trump has signed, turning it into law, the squeeze on Chinese companies listed on Wall Street: if they do not adhere to American accounting standards, they will be forced to abandon listing on the stock exchange.

The measure, which effectively obliges companies to prove that they are not controlled by a foreign government, had already been approved by Congress.
