Anyone who needs a fresh haircut before Christmas is left behind: Germany has been in lockdown again since Wednesday, December 16.
Most shops such as department stores or hardware stores had to close, and with them the hairdressers, who had experienced a real rush of customers in the days before *.

Hairdressers closed: haircuts at home are also prohibited
Clearly: no.
This is confirmed by lawyer Nicole Mutschke in an interview with the TV broadcaster RTL.
Customers are allowed to invite a household to their home under the current contact restrictions.
But the
hairdressing service itself is prohibited
.
This is determined by the corona protection regulations of the federal states.
In the Infection
Protection Measures Ordinance
of Bavaria, for example, it says: "Services where
physical proximity to the customer is essential
, such as hairdressers, cosmetic studios, massage practices, tattoo studios or similar businesses
are prohibited
." (Section 12, Paragraph 2).
