(ANSA) - CORSICO, 17 JAN - The pirate of the road who last night was driving a BMW that overwhelmed a Fiat 600 causing the death of a 60-year-old man and the transfer of his 59-year-old wife to Corsico (Milan) .
He is a 32-year-old Moroccan citizen, legal in Italy, who showed up at the police station in Corsico in the afternoon.
The man explained that he did not stop to lend aid as he did not have a license.
The 32-year-old is now in prison where the judicial authorities are hearing him.
