(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 31 - There is apprehension in Great Britain about Tom Moore, a centenary war veteran, who was hospitalized for complications related to Covid-19.
Sir Moore, who had moved the country by helping to raise more than 30 million pounds as a testimonial to the fight against the pandemic, was taken to hospital in Bedford for respiratory problems, after several weeks of positive coronavirus. The daughter reported this, specifying that however she is not in intensive care.
Sir Moore had been knighted by the Queen in July.
