Thanks to the coronavirus on the next iPhone, the Touch ID could return, the unlocking system with fingerprints, easier than the Face ID facial recognition now tested by the use of masks.
It has been talked about for some time, but this time it is supported by the Wall Street Journal, convinced that Cupertino is working to propose it already with the next line of iPhone.
The iPhone 13 could therefore use the combination of Face ID and Touch ID to make unlocks simple, using the biometric information entered under the display (such as Samsung's new Galaxy S21 line).
Apple also has an update to the iOS operating system (in beta) to be recognized by the Face ID system even with the mask and thus unlock the smartphone. But on the condition that the same user is wearing an Apple Watch.
