The regional press is in turmoil and
Le Parisien
confirms this this Monday by launching a new central section,
Le Grand Parisien
, which replaces the nine departmental sections so far distributed with the daily in the eight departments of Île-de-France and the 'Oise.
The department numbers will always appear in one, and the nine local agencies (seven or eight "local" journalists in each) will continue to feed the content, but it will be identical everywhere.

offering
and the reorganization of its editorial staff, this new local offering has been designed to meet the expectations of readers.
“It is not a supplement but a journal in the newspaper,

Ile-de-France residents travel between departments and will increasingly do so with the Grand Paris Express network, which will double the network in the next ten years. ”
