The oath of the 39 undersecretaries of the Draghi government ended at Palazzo Chigi.
The undersecretaries, who were sworn in in the Galleons room of Palazzo Chigi, were divided into three groups of thirteen, to ensure the maintenance of anti-Covid distances.
In the morning they all went to the office of the Council presidency to take a quick swab.
The oath, in the presence of the Prime Minister Mario Draghi and the Undersecretary to the Prime Minister Roberto Garofoli, always took place respecting distances, without handshakes.
At the signing of each undersecretary, colleagues applauded Garofoli at the beginning of the ceremony, he limited himself to reading the oath rite formula.
