Monday, March 8, will open the trial of former white policeman Derek Chauvin charged with the murder of the African-American.
His former colleagues Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao, accused of complicity, will be tried together from August 23.
In Minneapolis, residents are expressing their fears about the verdict of this trial.
“Honestly, I'm scared.
I know in the United States that stuff doesn't work for the people;
cops tend to get away with murdering people, ”says Evelyn Kotsasek.
Quan Cole warns: “I have a feeling this trial could be the time when America can finally do what's right.
And I just have a bad feeling that it won't happen.
