An anticovid vaccine from China for all the 'competitors' of the next Olympics and Paralympics, the summer in Tokyo and the winter in Beijing: this is the IOC offer, announced in Congress the day after the re-election of Thomas Bach.
The Chinese Olympic Committee, announced the IOC No. 1, has made "an offer to provide participants with additional vaccine doses for Tokyo 2020 and Beijing 2022, we will purchase them for the teams".
For each dose, two more will be purchased for the local population.
The IOC has no obligations for those going to Tokyo, but promotes vaccinations with all participating nations.
