However, it is important to remember that the Japanese firm has not yet made any official statement on this subject.

The very name of this model, whose existence has not been confirmed, is different according to the information given by the various sources.

It could thus be the Nintendo Switch Pro or the Super Nintendo Switch.

One of the first people to bring up the subject of an improved Switch was a famous leaker who goes by the pseudonym of NateDrake.

According to him, the console should be announced in the course of the fiscal year and be released before March 2023. He also claims that the Switch Pro will integrate DLSS, a deep learning super-sampling technology created by NVIDIA.

The latter would in particular make it possible to obtain better image quality.

New and promising Nintendo Switch Pro rumors

In an article dated March 3, the Bloomberg media also claims to have information about the famous pro version of the Switch.

According to the author, the latter would be unveiled by the end of the year, for a launch during the Christmas holidays.

The production of the various elements of the game console would therefore begin in June 2021. Still according to Bloomberg, the Nintendo Switch Pro would be equipped with a 7-inch OLED screen, designed by Samsung Display Co. It would also be capable of support 4K and offer the player an optimal display in this resolution on a compatible TV.

Indeed, a rendering of this quality would only be possible when the console is plugged into its dock to an external screen.
