We seem to have known Jenny Chervani since time immemorial, from the days when she was a busy model to surviving on the island.
She is now a mother to two cute daughters and an interior designer, and to our delight she has agreed to open her home to us and allow us a peek inside.

We did not skimp on questions: about her training routine, what is most fun for her as a mother, how she pampers herself with a nutritious and delicious food, what is the last thing that goes through her mind at night, how she maintains proper nutrition during this period and what is most Israeli in her eyes.

In the meantime, here are three tips for getting the right balance back into the routine:
1) Do not forget yourself
- children fill the whole day and are undoubtedly the most important in the world, but also deserves to be pampered from time to time, quiet training, sign up for a new workshop that will enrich you. Or just sit quietly for a moment and watch something on TV.
Strive to find your own moments.
It's worth it.
Everything is enough.

2) Take care of a healthy and nutritious lunch
- When we are on a busy schedule, it is often difficult for us to cook and make sure that there is always nutritious food in the refrigerator. In addition, we look for solutions that will prevent us from feeling tired right after a heavy lunch. Work long and therefore the recommendation is to combine a light lunch, which will still contain all the nutrients (and let's face it - who has time to germinate legumes, saute vegetables and make meatballs?). Therefore, Shani Arad, Strauss' dietitian, has prepared 5 suggestions for a light lunch containing all the basic food groups:
1. salad Nicoise version nimble: lettuce, tuna, corn, hard boiled egg, tomato and pickled cucumber seasoned with olive oil and lemon next to bread and milling.
2. Mozliit: Danone Ligth & Free with 10 grams of protein and less than 100 calories, Half an apple / half a banana, 5 strawberries, 2 tablespoons oatmeal, a teaspoon of
sesame seeds
3. Shakshuka: with wholemeal bread, chopped salad for tahini
4. Druze pita: Wholemeal bite pitas seasoned with hyssop and olive oil in the oven next to a 5% fat stone and chopped salad.
5. Power omelet: one whole egg + 2 egg whites + herbs alongside a wholemeal bun and avocado
3) Ask for help when needed
- you do not need moth
All alone.
Always remember that there are people around you who will be happy to lend a hand.
Decide who you trust, and delegate authority (well, at least a little).
