Mc Guinness: 'Because we believe that under the free movement that is guaranteed in Europe there should be no such limits' (ANSA)

"A vaccination passport will not be required on Ryanair flights, because we believe that under the free movement that is guaranteed in Europe there should be no such limits."

This was stated by Ryanair's commercial director, Jason Mc Guinness, during the press conference to present the new routes for the summer from the Apulian airports of Bari and Brindisi.

A new aircraft in Bari and 10 new routes from Bari and Brindisi for summer 2021. These are the innovations announced by Ryanair which, for the occasion, is launching a special offer of flights at a cost of € 19.90 if booked by March 28 for travel by October. There are thus a total of 4 aircraft based (an additional one in Bari for an investment of 100 million dollars), which guarantee 120 jobs in Puglia where there are 61 routes in total. For the summer, 8 new routes will be activated from Bari to Alghero, Alicante, Ibiza, Lviv, Marseille, Münster, Paphos and Zante, all operating twice a week; and 2 new routes from Brindisi to Madrid and Malta, both with two frequencies per week, for a total of 290 weekly flights in the region. "The largest summer operation ever for Puglia" with "the aim of restarting Italian tourism" said Mc Guinness.
