But with the lack of visibility on recovery capabilities, companies are dragging their feet to truly seize the device.

More than eight months after its creation, some 11,000 company agreements have been signed, covering around 640,000 employees.

In addition, the Ministry of Labor counts 46 branch agreements which could potentially concern 5 million workers.

And to date, more than 20 other branches have started discussions.
