The artist has met with resounding success with the hits

(1979).
A European tour followed in 1980, then a long period of depression and alcoholism coinciding with the decrescendo of the disco style.

Patrick Juvet made his songwriter comeback in 1991 with his album
Solitudes
which did not have the expected success despite the presence of Marc Lavoine, Françoise Hardy or Luc Plamondon.
