He was born at six months, and for this reason blind, but coming to light prematurely was not a limit for Antoine Ruiz who today, at the age of 22, releases his debut single, 'Closed, inaccessible' (feat . Oren Wabi Sabi), available on digtal stores, the first chapter of a musical story that will go on in memory of his father Pierre, founder of the Esordisco record label.

Antoine Ruiz's debut album will be titled 'Musica nell'anima' and will be released on May 20th.

"To my father I owe all the love I have for music. He was a great lover of many genres; our house has always been surrounded by musical notes. Cds and vinyls everywhere. Out of pure passion my father founded in 2012 a small label. To him I dedicate with all the love I can the release of this song ", he explains.

Roman, born from the love between a French boy and an Italian girl, grandson of Spanish grandparents, Antoine feels himself a citizen of the world.

He speaks four languages: Spanish and English, as well as French and Italian.

He is passionate about music, radio and computer science.

"I love singing, playing the piano and writing songs which I then enjoy editing on the computer thanks to a sound engineer course I started a few years ago", he says. He currently collaborates with Rai Radio Uno in the Max De Tomassi program 'Stereonotte Brasil', in which he presents the French music scene, and with Spindox Radio, as the author of soundtracks, acronyms and jingles.

His parents founded in 2004 an association that deals with supporting the families of premature babies, the Genitin Onlus, active at the Agostino Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome. Antoine represents one of the many success stories of Neonatal Intensive Care and is the testimonial of the non-profit organization for which he has performed on several occasions also duet with established artists such as Neri Marcorè, Bungaro and Arisa, in the evenings dedicated to fundraising. Antoine was also one of the protagonists of the delicate and intense documentary 'Little so'.

"'Closed, inaccessible' is a song born in November 2019. I wrote it - says Antoine - together with my dear rapper friend Antonio Ferri, aka Oren Wabi Sabi. I imagined a man who lives in Paris, a city that I adore , and who every day repeats the same gestures, travels the same streets and always passes in the same places now familiar to him in which, however, he ends up feeling lost, 'lost in oblivion'. And he remains there, in front of a closed door ' , inaccessible '. Antonio, on the other hand, imagined a man who not only feels lost but also wounded and destroyed and wanders like a' wandering samurai '. Thank you Antonio for contributing to the writing with me ", writes Antoine, who plays the piano and is also the author of the music while the arrangement is by Fracesco Arpino.

Oren Wabi Sabi, rapper, songwriter and beatmaker, was born in Rome where he still lives today. Passionate about the Orient, he works as a didactic assistant for blind and visually impaired children. He has released three albums: Travel Notes (Mandibola records, 2018), Blue Nightmare (Orange Panda Sound, 2020) and Sakè del mar (4Tuna, 2021).
