At the end of a very close race, especially in the most prestigious categories, the Academy delivered its verdict, notably crowning Anthony Hopkins and
Nomadland.
A choice which will have made the disappointment of several favorites and eternal nominees, finally left with nothing in their pockets.

Netflix misses the mark
The consecration is long overdue. Nominated 36 times, the streaming giant has seen the most prestigious categories elude him for the third year in a row.
