The Minister of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility, Enrico Giovannini, said this this morning at a webinar of the Consumers' Forum on mobility.
According to the minister, the mobility manager "will have to figure out how to spread smart working throughout the week. It is clear that if everyone does smart working on Fridays, then on other days there is clogging".
