(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 28 - The regulation of subcontracts will be included with a provision in the Recovery decree law, in a formulation that will allow "reconciling the needs of competition, EU standards and the protection of safety and legality".
Government sources say this, a few hours from the Council of Ministers which should give the green light to the text. According to majority sources, the knot of subcontracting has not yet been resolved. But a solution - explained by the government - should arrive on the table of the CDM, expected between 5 pm and 6 pm (ANSA).
