Riscossione Sicilia is dissolved, the Collection Agency takes over

(ANSA) - ROME, MAY 28 - The "Sostegni-bis" decree establishes, with effect from September 30, 2021, the dissolution of the companyRiscossione Sicilia Spa and entrusts, starting from October 1, 2021, the exercise of the functions of collection in the Sicilian Region to the Revenue Agency which carries it out through the Revenue Agency-Collection. The latter participates, on a universal basis, in active and passive legal relationships, including procedural ones, of Riscossione Sicilia Spa and acquires the staff in service without interruption.
