(ANSA) - MILAN, JUN 21 - The GUP of Milan Anna Magelli has filed the trial for ten people including Maurizio Gentile, former CEO of the Italian railway network and current commissioner for the safety of the A24 and A25 and lastessa Rfi, accused for the railway disaster of 25 January 2018 in Pioltello, in the Milanese area, in which, following the alderagliamento of the Cremona-Milano Porta Garibaldi region, three people died and several dozen were injured. The trial was set before the court on 12 October. The judge rejected the request for a plea bargain for three and a half years in prison for a defendant because the sentence was incongruous.
