Seehausen: Shots from paintball guns

A man apparently masked with a Ku Klux Klan hood is said to have shot a group at Seehausen train station. Two people were slightly injured.

After an attack on several participants in a meeting against the further construction of the A14 in Saxony-Anhalt, there is currently no concrete trace of the perpetrator.

A police spokeswoman told SPIEGEL that no suspect has yet been identified.

On Friday, according to investigators, the stranger shot five people from the platform with a paintball gun who had previously participated in a meeting against the construction of the A14 at the train station in Seehausen.

The shooter is said to have been masked with a hood reminiscent of the racist secret society founded in the USA, the Ku Klux Klan.

Two people were slightly injured in the attack.

Video surfaced on the internet

They are a twelve-year-old boy and a 20-year-old who is involved with the Green Youth in Saxony-Anhalt.

One could not say whether the young man had been targeted, said the police spokeswoman.

A video that is supposed to show the act was posted on the Internet.

Who recorded it is not yet known, the spokeswoman said.

The suspect fled with a car, the search, including a police helicopter, was unsuccessful.
