We did not think it was possible, but it turns out that cookies can be even more perfect than they are.
That is, we know that they are soft and airy, colorful and sophisticated, varied and happy.
We also know that when done well, they scatter sweet charm around them.

now, it turns out, cookies can also be the perfect revenge tool.
Especially if you're an unlucky burglar, who was supposed to carry out one of the lightest robberies in history, and found himself high in the local news hierarchy - until he was caught.

"Sweet Solution."
Local media reports:
It all started a few weeks ago, when the Canfora bakery in Bayview, Milwaukee, fell victim to a robbery.
A night burglar managed to deactivate the standard lock at the entrance, and emptied the main cash register on the spot.
Loot: About $ 200 in total.
Karen and Eric Krieg, the couple who run the neighborhood bakery, decided to try and locate it in the only way they know it - pastries.
And in a slightly more specific way - basic sugar cookies with frosting on which the security photo from the robbery was stamped.
"We decided to make the most of the situation," Krieg said at the time, "and see if our community members could help locate him."
Sweet 18 minutes
The original baking revelation included about a hundred "detective cookies" in total, but the original response did its thing.
The tips started flowing immediately, and within exactly 18 minutes of the moment the cookie photos were posted on the bakery's Facebook page, the burglar was identified.
"It took longer for Facebook to approve the upload of this post," Craig laughed.
Just three days after the cookies were distributed and customers were ordered to "bite into crime", the suspect was arrested by local police.
The festivities, as expected, included another, even happier baking revelation, and this time with his arrest photo - the same famous Mug Shot.
These cookies were also distributed to customers, perhaps as a symbol of a strong community, and perhaps as a warning to future potential robbers.
