Do you want dinner to be quick and not too hearty?
Then try these tarte flambée cups!
All you need is a muffin tin.
In summer in particular, we often don't feel like having large and particularly warm meals.
But if you've had enough of constantly preparing a cold salad * for dinner, you should try the following recipe.
It is
tarte flambée
that is baked in a muffin pan.
The dish often contains ham (also the case in our recipe *), but as a vegetarian you can also replace it with tofu.
Find out how to do it!

Preparing tarte flambée cups: Here's how
Preparation
: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Cut the spring onion and, if necessary, the tofu into small pieces.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut out six circles with a larger bowl.
If necessary, you can help with a knife if the circles cannot be loosened.
Set the cut pieces aside for now.
Put the sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl and stir once.
Then grease the muffin tin with the sunflower oil, carefully press in the puff pastry circles and distribute the sour cream mixture evenly in it.
Sprinkle the diced ham (alternatively the chopped tofu), the spring onions and the gratin cheese in the individual molds and put the muffin tray in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Then enjoy the tarte flambée warm.
Enjoy your meal
