This is how Roger Federer, in an interview with the Swiss newspaper 'Blick', describes his situation, five days after having celebrated forty years.
The former number one in the world, now ninth in the ATP ranking, has only played 13 matches in 2021, after a 2020 season marked by the coronavirus pandemic and two knee operations, during which he only played six times.
"I'm fine. I was on vacation. I didn't do anything for a while - remember - because of my knee. I had to stop everything after Wimbledon."
