The incident falls badly, just before the weekend of August 15.
Since mid-afternoon this Friday, health professionals have struggled to connect to the SI-DEP portal.
It is this tool that allows pharmacists in particular to enter the results of antigenic tests against Covid-19 and to deliver a QR code when it is negative.
A pictogram which, scanned, serves as a health pass for the unvaccinated.
In particular, it is valid for 72 hours to access restaurants, bars, cinemas, trains and certain countries by plane, such as Greece.
“I was able to enter tests around 4 pm and since then nothing.
I will try to do it in two hours so that people waiting can retrieve their documents, said a pharmacist from Seine-Saint-Denis on Friday.
Those who were connected were still able to enter results in the database, but for the others, it is impossible to connect, either with the

(

) or with the eCPS, its dematerialized version.

PCR tests are not affected
Alerts are increasing on social networks and professional networks. "According to the messages I receive, the problem is national," confirms the manager of a professional organization of pharmacies. Contacted, the Directorate General of Health (DGS) confirms "having been warned by health professionals of difficulty in connection since 3:30 p.m.", while indicating that "the failure is not generalized" and that it "only concerns antigen tests, not PCR tests ”.
The DGS indicates that "its teams and those of the Cnam are mobilized to solve the problem and that the people tested can recover their QR Code".
In recent weeks, pharmacists have already experienced several times difficulties to connect to the site at the end of the day, but most of the time for only a few minutes.
Paper certificates
This failure has direct consequences for establishments that set up entry tests to allow unvaccinated people or people in the process of being vaccinated to obtain a sesame after a 15-minute wait.
At the entrance to the Quatre Temps shopping center, on the forecourt of La Défense, a gatehouse allows you to be tested in order to access the cinemas or restaurants in the dome a few meters away.
"It's broken down with us too, but we edit documents by hand and as the establishments know us, they accept them exceptionally," says a sampler. Likewise, some pharmacies issue paper forms to people who have to travel this evening or tomorrow. Unsecured documents whose validity will be at the discretion of the people who will control them. The DGS was not able to tell us if a tolerance would be applied due to ongoing technical problems.
