It reads in a declaration signed by the EU, USA, Albania, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, North Macedonia, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Senegal, Switzerland and UK.
