After the end of "Game of Thrones" there was a lot of discussion about a certain scene with the dragon Drogon.
Showrunner David Benioff tried to explain the decision.

The last season of the hit series "Game of Thrones" did not go down well with many fans and the two showrunners David Benioff and DB Weiss only make it worse with their statements about the series finale.
Now Benioff has commented on the last scene by Daenerys and once again only gets a shake of the head.

But David Benioff refutes this theory
with a crude explanation.
Apparently Drogon simply wanted to prevent anyone else from taking the throne.
As the news portal Entertainment Weekly reports, Benioff explains in the comments on the DVD version of "Game of Thrones" that Drogon's thoughts were as follows: "If [Dany] cannot sit on the throne, then no one should be able to. "
With this statement, however, Benioff does not seem to make friends.

Their statements would only make it worse.
