The President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella signed two decrees with which partial pardon was granted.
In particular, the convicts against whom the partial pardon intervened are: Ambrogio Luca Crespi, sentenced to six years in prison for the crime of complicity in mafia-type association, for acts committed between 2010 and 2012, for which it was ordered a reduction of the sentence of one year and two months;
Francesca Picilli, sentenced to ten years and six months in prison for the crime of manslaughter committed in 2012, for which a reduction of the sentence of four years was ordered.
