The national total of investments allowed as deductions thanks to the superbonus at the end of August 31, 2021 amounts to over 5.68 billion euros. Enea publishes it on its website, which shows that over 37 thousand requests have been filed for the opening of construction sites .
The total of investments for completed works admitted as deductions (equal to 68.8%) is 3.91 billion.
The burden on the State for deductions exceeds 10.5 billion.
Average investment: € 547,191 for condominiums, € 98,264 for single-family buildings and € 87,833 for functionally independent real estate units.
