(ANSA) - ISTANBUL, 03 SEPT - "The Taliban have blocked access to humanitarian aid in Panshir, cut off telephone connections and electricity and do not even allow the arrival of medicines". This was reported on Twitter by Amrullah Saleh, the vice president of the Afghan government ousted by the mullahs, who joined the resistance in the Panshir valley, north-east of Kabul. "The Taliban are committing war crimes", adds Saleh, who defines himself as the legitimate adinterim president, asking "the United Nations and world leaders to take note of this clear criminal and terrorist behavior".
