(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 11 - The new regulations for Alitalia arrive with the Infrastructure and Transport decree: the Mims decree, approved last week in the CDM and published in the Official Gazette, contains an article concerning air transport and intervenes to speed up authorization processes and adapt Alitalia's disposal plan to the European decision. Adjustments also to the rules concerning the 100 million fund for the compensation of those who have tickets or vouchers of the old Alitalia. The transitional rules envisaged by the Brexit decree for connections between Milan Linate and the United Kingdom have been extended to 30 October 2022.
