Rescue workers on site: residents dialed the emergency number because of the noise

In an apartment building in Chemnitz, three people were seriously injured during the night, one of them died.
Even an emergency doctor could no longer help the lifeless young man who was lying in the doorway, as the police and public prosecutor in Chemnitz announced.
Two neighbors, a 65-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man, were injured and taken to hospital.
They had checked the house beforehand because of the noise.
Several residents had dialed the emergency number shortly before two o'clock because of disturbance of the peace.
Arranged autopsy
A spokeswoman for the public prosecutor said the events were not yet fully clarified.
According to previous knowledge, two young women and two young men are said to have celebrated in their parents' apartment.
There was a loud argument between the men, in the course of which one was on the ground.
The other was later found in the vicinity of the building by the police.
The situation is difficult, said a spokeswoman for the Chemnitz Police Department.
The investigators are now hoping for testimony and evidence to reconstruct the specific process and the respective involvement in the crime.
In addition, an autopsy of the deceased was ordered.
