James Michael Tyler died at the age of 59.
The actor is known as
Gunther - the manager of the Central Perk coffee shop - from the Friends series
.
"The world knew him as Gunther (Friends' seventh friend) but to those who loved him he was an actor, a musician and a husband," says Toni Benson, his agent.
Tyler died at his home in Los Angeles from prostate cancer he was diagnosed with in 2018.
